In my course ‘Being an energetic catalyst’, I will go over different gifts/abilities, how to expand & trust your intuition. I will teach how to dial down your incoming energy so your are less drained. I will expand on protecting your energy, shielding, grounding, cutting cords and teach one of the fastest ways that I personally clear my energy and give myself more energy simultaneously . I will also do a short meditation which generates love. I will share what I do in my work and also explain what the “52 heart movement” is which I am the creator of.
